CATBIRD WARRANTY


Catbird has been a trusted retailer of fine jewelry since 2004. We stand behind what we make and what we sell and we want every step of your purchase to be filled with joy. Read below for our warranty policies for different categories of jewelry. Please contact us with any questions! Our customer service team is ready to help and answer any questions. 

The Catbird warranty is only eligible for purchases made directly from our store locations and our website. Items purchases from any resellers must be handled directly through that third-party.

WEDDING & ENGAGEMENT WARRANTY 

At Catbird, we take great pride and care in quality control - all outgoing pieces are inspected with rigor by our experienced in-house team. Within the first year of purchase, we offer complimentary resizes on eligible styles, diamond or stone tightening, and ring reshaping. If we determine a repair issue is due to a manufacturing defect, Catbird will cover any repair or replacement fees, and will replace side or accent diamonds that go missing due to a manufacturing defect. Our wedding and engagement jewelry come with lifetime polishing and matting.

Please note our warranty does not cover any lost items or jewelry that has been handled by third-party jewelers. Our warranty excludes coverage due to typical wear and tear and/or negligence. CATBIRD JEWELRY 

At Catbird our studio takes great care to ensure our jewelry is made to last, and we stand behind the quality of our pieces. DESIGNER JEWELRY 

If you purchased your designer piece from us, we’re happy to help! We work in partnership with our designers to stand by the quality of your jewelry. We offer a 2 year warranty to take care of your item if any breakage or damage occurs. Our warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence. WELDING 

Though we’d love for your Forever Bracelet to last, forever, we understand that things can happen! We offer a 30 day guarantee to come in and get re-welded, if you experience any fit issues or need adjustments. For further details and questions, please contact us with any questions!
